Cancellation Policy – Timeless Youth MD

Please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance you will be charged a fee of $50. If you do not show for your appointment, you will be charged a fee of $100. Fees must be paid prior to any future appointments. Late cancellation and no show fees are in place because Dr. Melissa has reserved this time for YOU, and if you cancel last minute or do not show, then this time cannot be utilized for another patient. Due to the concierge nature of our practice, this policy is STRICTLY ENFORCED, regardless of circumstance. Thank you for your understanding and adherence to this policy.
